New Monitor
I just moved into a new apartment, and it's really small, so I got myself a new desk that actually fits. Unfortunetly, this desk is some old school square one I got for free, and my big hulky monitor won't fit on it (as I type this my monitor is on the ground, next to the desk. Quite an eyesore)
I want to get one of those flat panel ones so I can have my monitor on the desk, but I only got about 200 bucks to spend on one. Is there any dependable flat panel monitor I can get with 200 dollars or less? |

Try Tigerdirect for a refurb.
The lower the price, the smaller the screen and resolution. Maybe you could try one of those monitor arms that attach to the side of the desk? Then you could at least free up some destop space. It's a hard decision, small screen vs size. The last time I chose a monitor I went with a shallow depth Q71 (viewsonic). I could have gotten a larger monitor, but then the darned thing would have hung out over the front of the desk.
