What is 'sysupd.exe' -- spyware? - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

ZoneAlarm keeps telling me sysupd.exe wants to access the 'net. I've Googled it and it appears to be spyware of some sort. Anyone have any experience with it?

BTW, I'm running Windows 2000.
