Help! Can't sign into AOL
This is strange..
When I try to sign on to AOL the program restarts. If I try to log in to the website, the page will automatically reload and ask for my login information again. I assume my PC is infected with a virus or trojan that targets aol. The software wont uninstall and I cannot reinstall it either. Any ideas? Thanks! woot? |

I've had that problem many times...wait a few hours and see what happens, it usually means they are doing some kind of update
I should clarify I meant the problem with logging into the website. I've never had a problem with the program itself like you are describing

Have you tried doing a spyware sweep? I have seen some of those browser hijackers/toolbars actually try and use their site as a "proxy" to track your surfing and it kills any logins that use any sort of security setting to login (ssl).
I think that this is the most likely cause of you login problems. |
