is there a way to stop a torrent file and then start it again????

What does this have to do with programming?

Nothign at all. Moved to Computers

Download the .torrent. Then when you want to resume open it up and point towards existing download.

I think all the torrent clients work the same...

yah what Zello said should work...

some clients will do it automatically...

download the shadow bit torrent client. my favorite one, personally. although there are others.

you can pause and then resume if you want to start a game or something.
