cd burner for redhat 9
redhat 9, kernel 2.4.20
256 megs ram 1ghz p3 20 gig maxtor cd-rw, floppy drive i tried installing k3b and nautilus rpms, but after the install the executables aren't on the hdd. i also tried installing k3b from a tarball, but got an error message. just wondering if there is a more redhat friendly cd burning app out there. thanks |

I'm curious why your k3b and nautilus installs failed....the files weren't installed at all?

the icons and libraries were installed, but i couldn't find the executables. turned out i just needed root permissions, and thanks for the tip on xcdroast, crazybill
