where can i download ja[panese fonts...
all i see on japanese sits are a lot of ?????'s without it

A lot of the time, at least on IE, it will prompt you to DL when you go to a site with a lot of ?????'s

What you need to do is install Japanese language support, and IME 2000. This works on my W2k system, Win XP is supposed to support better because of unicode fonting.

hmm....do i have to install office for IME to work?
also, if i install this, will the fonts work on firefox also?

If you can read the above, then you have the right set up. I don't beleive you have to use office, since the set up is available as you install W2k. I wrote the above Japanese, and I am using Firefox.

macsrule Upright	Buy a Macintosh, support and fonts are built in for over 100 languages. __________________ The reason I recommend Macintosh is because it will solve 90% of winblows users frustrations.
