capturing streaming video
When the link of the video is "javascript: PlayVideo('../../discovery/videos/viewer.asp?ID=1937&Speed=100')"
How can I capture the stream and save it? I'm sure there is a utility that can do it. Thanks in advance |
Hiya,
Checkout this site for plenty of details on stream ripping: http://p084.ezboard.com/bstreemeboxvcr This site has many different packages to capture streaming video: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/vi...capture_tools/ |
Thanks for the help, the problem I'm running into is that it is not an website, starts with "javascript" and another box comes up when you click it.

You need to get the viewer window and 'View Source' (use MyIE2 or dig around in your cache if IE won't let you) - have a look at where it says the video is coming from; then you can use a stream downloader to get it.
