Realmedia VBR?

I've just downloaded a bit torrent movie which is a realmedia vbr file.
It wont play with realplayer and says I need to download some software to play the film. But it doesn't say what software needs to be downloaded, does anybody know? Is there another way of viewing it?

Any help is much appreciated

VBR is Bariable Bit Rate encoding for audio. What's the file extension? you might need some codec, but real player and all others handle VBR. have you tried using gspot on the file to see what rate it's encoded at?
