large downloads for test purposes
I did find a 30 Meg jpeg of mars on the Goddard Space Flight Centre, but I've lost it :(
does anyone know of any good test files I can use? the larger the better, preferrably images cheers |
you could go to the links board and search out some large porn downloads....
or are you talking about "clean" files? if so, try downloading a linux .iso. ... knoppix 3.4 perhaps? |
You might want to go to some game publishers websites (Electronic Arts, Sierra, Eidos, etc) and download some game demos. They are usually 100+ MB.

Or go with the linux iso's imo. If you want if you want big pictures go for some stock photo sites, they usually have high res pics etc. |
