I've found several very nice little bookmarklet tools on these sites. Bookmarklets are little pieces of jscript taht wyou save as favorites and you just click them in your Links toolbar or faves folder to activate them to change webpages or get info about them.

Bookmarklets rock. The ones I use most frequently do the following (I've renamed all of them, and I don't remember which pages I took them from:

In one shot, remove all background images, set background to white, set text to black, set links to blue/purple.

Remove most advertisements and all flash items.

Remove all images.

Squish the margin over, if the page is too wide to view comfortably.

Go up one directory-level.

Increment the number in the URL by one.
