That is a shitty fucking ethernet card. The company doesn't even have a website. For 14.99 you could get this.. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....1&type=product

But since you already bought it and probably can't return it, try this link.

http://members.driverguide.com/drive...driverid=63517

If it asks you to login here you go - driver:all

If that doesn't work, burn that piece of shit and buy a real one.

I've found similar results as ChingI0

http://www.computing.net/drivers/www...orum/3048.html
http://forums.uniquehardware.ca/index.php?showtopic=554
which has links to what the card is supposed to be

If it helps any, according to this post http://www.driverforum.com/network3/2330.html

the website for the company that made the card is here http://www.cicerotechnology.ca/en/about/index.asp
(Don't go looking for any information there... they don't even list that they have any products! much less drivers)

for the lazy, the first 2 links say that it is a "ADMtek AN983 10/100 Mps Fast ethernet card drivers"
and the website given lead me to this link http://www.admtek.com.tw/product-htm/NIC.htm (original link listed no longer works)

So try one of the drivers they got there and hope it works... next time buy from a company that at least has a website with drivers

It didnt come with drivers? What OS is it going into?

DEI37 05-07-2004 07:39 PM

It should have come with drivers, and if you're installing it with Windows XP, even if it doesn't have drivers, W-XP should pick it up. Barring that, find out what NIC chipset it's using, and install drivers for that. That brand name...if you want to call it that, sounds familiar. The DriversGuide website SHOULD have something for it. Good luck...let us know what you find.

If you have problems, I've always used D-Link cards, and never had a problem. Newegg.com has then for as little as $9.99, and the 530TX+ is only $12.99.

I was going to say, if you are using windowsXP you should'nt even need a driver cd.. But I forgot and got beat to it. Post with some results!

i'd return it and get a decent card, you will thank your self later with a nice card

$28
