Cheap host!?
http://www.qualityhostonline.com/hosting.htm
$0.17/month for 1.3GB transfer per month? Granted, they only give you 25mb for storage ... but how large is a journal of ASCII text? I think 25mb is good enough for a small journal site/website or for just serving signature graphics and such... Very odd.

No SQL database access with doteasy. QHO is the cheapest SQL-enabled host I've ever seen... $0.17 for dynamic website capability? Insanity.
Doteasy wants $25 for a domain registration or $35 for a transfer?! That's nuts.

There is the old trick of keeping monthly logs on your quota.
Every connection is verbosely logged to a file. When it plus your website fills up past your quota, your website is taken down for quota violation. Unlimited bandwidth in theory, but in practice they can limit it. This doesn't have to be how they are doing it, but still, the small print can get ya.
