Does anyone know of a shareware or free prog that shows the traffic speed? (link speed)

The theoretical speed of your connection (eg 1.5 MBits for a cable modem), or the amount of data that your connection is streaming per second?

yes, I mean the realtime amount of data moving back and forth through the lines.

NetStat Live found here. Free and works great. They have some other cool and usefull software too.

Hehe, dunno what to say then, cause I've used it for years from Win98 all the way to XP, and about every version of windows between :( Perhaps you have a firewall or something that is blocking access to those stats?

oh turns out AOL was crashing it when I got on to check my mail. works fine else wise. :)
