my website
i posted my site (www.chrisdrackett.com) a while ago, and sense then it has gone under some changes to refine the design, and just make it more complete (and hopefully less buggy) let me know what you think! or if you have any further design | code suggestions....

Nice. Works fine in FireFox 0.8 at 1024x768.
One thing I would look at is the top menu. It (or something) is causing the whole thing to lag up when you scroll.

Out of curiosity, why moveable type? I considered using it, but in the end went with WordPress for my site.

Works fine with Konqueror 3.1
I must say that I really admire your designing skills though... every time *I* try to make a website for myself I always intend it to look as cool as yours but never actually get it looking good at all... I really should learn some more CSS.

from what i've heard, wordpress dosn't require you to rebuild your site? that sounds nice.. now that i have really gotten to know MT, wordpress looks a lot different.. had i known about it before hand, i might have gone a different way.. does wordpress have good plugin support?

The alternatives are a nice touch. I'll have to check that out while building my site
Overall, I like it. Its easy to use and follow. I do have one question. For your galleries, I noticed that the popup is linked to a webpage. The page contains the image. Why not just link straight to the image? |

i let moveable type do that.. its easer (as far as i know) then the other way.. but i could be wrong.. also, if i ever wanted to style the area behind the image, (like adding a border) its easy...

well designed and definitely visually appealing. the navigation was straightforward, and you had some cool color utilities. i don't want to be the only one with a negative comment (well, not really negative) but if you are using the site to host your portfolio, you might want to correct a few minor spelling errors, and maybe break out with a capital letter every now and again (i know, not a single cap in this post, i'm a hypocrite). i really liked the site, never created anything anywhere near that level myself.

Very nice site -- clean and easy to navigate. The only issue I have with it is that it seems to load slower than I would expect.
