Startnow.com
Greeting All,
I am a jackass. I actually took a tip from the Dark Tipper, Kevin Rose, on TechTV (idiot extraordinare). So, I downloaded his recommendation for a new p2p called, Warez, and it unloaded so serious amounts of spyware on my computer. The most henious being Startnow.com. I can't get rid of fully. I run with Ad-aware, Spybot, Spyware Blaster and I have run each a number of times but it is still around. When I click on a link or a Favorite that worked fine yesterday it now takes me to the Startnow.com search page. Any ideas on how to get rid of this annoynance? Thanks for any info, tips, suggestions, etc.

CWShredder. It's an executable (youcan google for it) that cleans up a lot of the hijackers. Also Hijaack This! (download.com has this).
mazak, you can't uninstall it realy, it's "bundled" with the Install, but the uninstall isn't included
