If you don't care to save the contents of your Hard-drives and wish to have a clean XP install, I'd say do a full format of both of your HD's and then install XP.
You can't really un-install Win98, or any OS for that matter unless you delete the C:\Windows or C:\Winnt folders from the DOS prompt. Anyways, do you want to save any of your files? If so, try backing them all up to your second harddrive and then just formatting the first harddrive. Then install XP onto the first Harddrive, and then copy all your files back over from the second harddrive. After that, you can do a format on the second harddrive and give it a fresh, clean start. |
