Good spam filters on the server side?
Does anyone have any suggestions on a good, cheap server-based spam filter?
I'm reaching the level of madness on my home account - with 100 spams per day. I've got POPfile running now, but still have to comb the spam folder to ensure it hasn't gobbled something I need. So server based is my next choice, with a daily email letting me know what was blocked - and the option to have it sent. We run MailFrontier at the office and I've grown to love it, but they don't appear to offer the service for people who own their own domains, except on the desktop level. Any suggestions? |
What OS are we talking here?
I know there are some damn good SpamAssassin filters that you can find--several of which are supposed to be more accurate than a human. |
My host runs Microsoft® Windows 2000 and the Microsoft .NET Framework.

I've been thinking of doing the same here, using a simple Linux box with a mailserver + spamassassin. That *should* solve my problems.
Isn't popfile supposed to be near-100% accurate, though? |
