Hm, your #1 problem is definitely going to be hosting.
Free is going to be v. unlikely. (most places don't even allow video, some places may, but have filesize limits, other places may have bwidth restricts, and even if you did find some place to get them up to, chances of the account being killed quickly are v. high) I'd suggest perhaps a paid hosting solution, but keep in mind the terms of service and such. do some searching here tho, there may be some info on decent cheap hosting.

one thing you might think about is using a compression program, suck as WinZip. If you compress the video files, they'll take up less space, which means you might be able to squeeze them somewhere where they wouldn't fit before.
BTW, most ISP's provide some sort of "personal web space" varying in size from 1-5 mb, you might check with who your using to see if you have space there, maybe you can put one or two there. Otherwise, you can get a pretty cheap hosting provider, for about 10 bucks a month, but also check how much youcan transfer with them, since if they cap at 100 Mb a month, and you have 100mb of files, that means only one person could download the whole set each month.

My mom's host is pretty reasonable: 400 MB webspace and 60 GB transfers per month for $7 per month. I'll probably buy a domain and webspace after my college account goes down the shitter after I graduate!
Zipping the files would decrease the size, but ya gotta take into account that a 150 MB file would be decreased to 145 MB max, so zipping is pretty much useless for big files. -Lasereth
