Disableing XP auto-updates? - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

I just reformatted my hard drive, and the popup for the auto windows update comes up like every 12 hours, which i dont want, does anyone know how to disable this??.

Right click My Computer, go to properties at the bottom. It's under the Automatic Updates tab.
