Internet woes--help!
Hi,
I'm such a non-tech guy it is laughable. I recently downloaded sygate personal firewall pro [someone said I should...I'm not even sure if it is configured correctly] to run on my Dell [don't know details, it is a work laptop]. Since I did this a lot of websites [I use the latest version of IE and connect through a cable modem]I visit don't have the images showing up [they did before]. Either I get a Red X or a message saying the site can't be found...I also have problems linking from one site to another [I shop online through ebates and upromise and can't link to any sites, for example] My two questions are: 1- What did I do? 2 How do I fix it? Thanks!!!

not knowing anything about the firewall itself sounds like the settings are too high, if they are set at default maybe bump then down to a medium level or something like that will help the problem.
I am not familiar with the program so i cannot say exactly what settings to adjust or move. hope this helps
