Klipsch Promedia 4.1 & SoundBlaster 5.1 Soundcard: Question here!!!
Just bought the Klipsch Promedia 4.1 PC speaker setup. They sound great, but I can only get 3 of the 4 speakers to work (subwoofer works FINE). I'm using the SoundBlaster Live 5.1 mp3 soundcard and I can't seem to find the right input on the soundcard to get all 4 speakers working. I'm assuming the *silent speaker is non-defective because it's getting power, just no audio response. Help!!!???!!! If anyone has this setup (Klipsch 4.1 & SoundBlaster 5.1), which plugs (on soundcard) should the Klipsch cables plug into? Any info is appreciated. THX.
EDIT: Problem fixed. I had to install the Audio HQ prog that comes on the SoundBlaster driver disc. I set the speaker setting to 5.1 and all of a sudden all 4 speakers started crankin'. These speakers are no joke! Believe it or not, they blow my Cambridge Soundworks DTT3500's out of the water. THX Dragonlich for the info. Moderator: You may lock this thread as I have already fixed the problem. THX

I have a SB Live 5.1 and a Philips 5.1 speaker set. I plug the front and rear speakers into the "lower" plugs (nearest to game port), and the front+sub into the "highest" plug. For the first two, I simply match colour, for the last one I don't, in order to get it to work.
