Hi, Im looking for something like ITunes, but for Windows. A nice lay out, and easy to make playlists.

Well, there's Windows Media Player 9, which is my personal favorite and can be downloaded from here, if you don't have it already.

Many people (including Apple) seem to like MusicMatch Jukebox, so that may be worth a try as well, though it costs money for many of the features that are free in Windows Media Player.

Winamp is always good in my opinion. Queuing of songs, adding to playlists.. useful

QCD is rather good and if you are going tor an iTunes easy interface, QCD has a 1:1 clone of iTunes skin.

The newest version of Winamp2 is nice.

And I certainly don't suggest Windows Media Player 9, as it contains spyware.
