DSL SLOW!!!!
There's been a couple threads in the past where TFP'ers have been complaining about there broadband (DSL, cable, etc.) connection slows down at times. Well, I'm one those TFP'ers. Last night, all of a sudden I noticed the connection was VERY slow. I tried netstat (command prompt) after being told by someone else to look at this, but I don't know what to look for. It may have something to do w/ my firewall (ZoneAlarm). When I turn it off, the connection speeds up slightly, but not much. Any recommendations?

I d-loaded Bandwidth Monitor Pro and Netmedic, but these utilities are mainly for monitoring traffic. Is this the type of utility that will help in determining why my connection is so slow?
In regards to the above post (dslreports.com), I'll check it out right now. Are there any specific utilities to load from this site?

I experience problems when playing Battlefield 1942 (and other times as well). I'm not sure if it's the DSL or my Linksys router. The latter which gives me other issues at times.
I'm going to try out the LEAF Bering firewall and see if my situation improves.
