Cell phone for hard of hearing
Wondering if any of you know of a good cell phone for someone partially deaf with hearing aids, a friend is looking for one and I have no ideas on the subject. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

A buddy of mine is very hard of hearing, after 40-odd years in the construction industry. 40 years of swinging a hammer with no hearing protection would do it it anybody.
He uses a headset. The Jabra brand sets, that have a rubber doodad that sticks right in the ear seem to work best for him. He takes out his hearing aid and sticks that thing right in there, and hears every word. |
Cool, I'll tell him about that thank you :)

I'm about 80% deaf, and I've found using Sprint is the best plan. Nokia, Motorola, and some Samsung phones are NOT hearable with hearing aides. I've been using sprint for two years, and have been happy. I don't use a headset because of my h/a, but i can switch on the t-coil, and it solves most of the problems.
