Proxy...
 

I need a proxy for Portugal...
Let me explain, I am in the Azores, and they fianally got ADSL here, but the kick is that you only get 2 Gigs of international traffic, but you get 40 Gigs of national, if I can find a Proxy withen Portugal (Lisbon or whatever) then I can get my 40 Gigs outright... I know it might be a long shot, but can anybody help?
