Is this the corporate mentality or what!?
MS Bigwig: "Let's ship in batches of 75 only." Customer : "WTF? Posters for me and what army? Oh well, free is free, and I'd like to have ONE." MS Bigwig : "Due to high demand, we have to discontinue the offer"...*Pats self on back* Narrator : "Meanwhile some got more than they wanted, others none. MS spent $ and resources only to arrive at a PDF that is nice, but those 74 wasted posters per order would be handy to dish out on request, and the dinero wasted printing/shipping "wallpaper" copies should have gone towards making Longhorn secure." |
I got these posters today from airborne express. There's about 12 altogther, 3 of each picture. I don't what I am going to do with ALL of these.... they are big as well.

*Sigh* just received an email from M$
"Thank you for requesting the free Microsoft Security Poster series. Unfortunately, due to unexpectedly high demand our supply of posters was quickly exhausted, so we will not be able to fulfill your request. However, Adobe Acrobat versions of each of the three posters are available for free download at http://www.microsoft.com/education/?ID=SecurityPosters ." Oh well guess I will have to use something else to cover the Bush '04 signs with now :/ |
