How do I undo automatic downloads?
I accidentally set IE to automatically download and open ZIP files and I need to reset it so it always prompts first. How can I do this?

that should be in the advanced tab of internet options for IE6. I'm not running IE6 right now so i can't check to be sure though.

try folder options
in win exporer, view->folder options->file types find zip and click on advanced. mess with the check boxes in that window. |

(This is for Win2k, may work on all other win versions too) open up "My Computer" Tools > Folder Options > File Types Scroll all the way to the bottom, then go up until you see "Zip" Click on "Advanced" Make sure there is a Check in the box for "Confirm open after download". |
