when ever programs open a file it make it read only i have been told. So im looken for a program that can copy that file either on intervolts or realtime(ever time its edited). Ive tried multiple save-n-sync software but all of them cant copy it cuz its already opened by other programs.

nm i found some my self. All the other software i found it told me i could not copy the files beacuse they were being used by quickbooks. But i found some that would work while quickbooks was using the file at the same time. Thanks !
