Having trouble installing nVidia drivers!

I just set up a new mobo and CPU and everytime I try to install the video card drivers I can't reboot. During the bootup screen it crashes and restarts itself again. I have to go to 'Last setup that worked' to get into Windows, and then the drivers aren't installed anymore.

The mobo is a Gigabyte GA-7N 400 Pro2 and the CPU is an AMD XP3000+. The video card is an MSI G4Ti-4200.

Please help!
