Yeah, liquid nitrogen has been used before. Unfortunately, it isnt any good for anything sustained--the processor generally tends to run at that speed for few minutes, long enough to get the screenshot, and then fries itself.

Thats *damn* fast though.

Even if the cpu didnt cook itself, the condenstaion on the other parts would have fried the board.

Gotta figure out what's wrong with the new 2500+ Athalon I bought. Its not showing the right speed during POST.

Check your BIOS settings. I had the same problem when I got my 2400+.

I can't tell you what your BUS settings should be but mine were set to 100/100 by default, once I changed it to 133/133 I was good to go. Your manual for the mainboard should have all the instruction you need.
