ass, are you on linux or windows? With windows, there is an option when you install it to have a quicklaunch button in the taskbar. It loads up almost instantly for me in windows while using that.
I know there is a way to get that in linux, but I forget how :/

I have the same as Ass5577 seems to take ages to load. How do you set up that quicklaunch w/out going thru the setup again on WinXP? Also for reference I found this article on Opera - Seems like the dude is havin' a bad time with it. Don't use it myself, so can't comment on accuracy, but put it out as an FYI. Opera - Spyware?

Tried Opera once awhile back.. I decided it was a little akward for me to use and I didn't need anymore advertisements on top of all the pop-ups I already get. Now I'm happy with Mozilla and its pop-up blocker
As for the quicklaunch, I'm really not sure. Try to open Moz normally and then close it, see if there is an icon in the taskbar. If so, you just double click on it. If that doesn't work, installing mozilla over itself shouldn't break anything (or, if you're using 1.3 it might be a good idea to upgrade to 1.4a, I've found it to be stable, hasn't crashed yet)

I wanted to start using Mozillia at work but it won't open my company's Intranet site. I get this:
HTTP Error 401 401.2 Unauthorized: Logon Failed due to server configuration This error indicates that the credentials passed to the server do not match the credentials required to log on to the server. This is usually caused by not sending the proper WWW-Authenticate header field. Please contact the Web server's administrator to verify that you have permission to access to requested resource. Oh well, back to IE. |

Already on 1.4a, might try the reinstall later, gonna search docs/web first though, must be a switch you can set. kgb Yeah, there are a few sites that don't like mozilla - especially Banks. (Althoug mines ok.) Smacks of Gates conspiracy haha.. Have you tried the Mozilla.org's for answers?
