Empty Messages from Hotmail contacts? - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

My dad has been having trouble sending to people from hotmail.. all of his messages come out with empty message content, nothing but the ad for hotmail showing up..

Anyone had a similar experience, or know what's up?

I've seen web-based email systems have problems with Hotmail messages before. I think Hotmail's default encoding is unusual--not standard multi-part emails. But in those cases the messages was completely blank, so I'm not sure it's the same issue. ...Sadly I don' t know the solution in any case.

I really have no idea what is going on since I don't use hotmail. But I do believe that you can integrate your hotmail account into outlook express. So has he tried using outlook express to send messages via his hotmail account.

i have hotmail and i regret it from day 1.

to much spam and far too slow (just as bad in outlook)

But changing your email address everywhere is a pain in the ass.
