Firewall Advice
I am currently running an internal firewall, Zonealarm and i was thinking of updating to an external firewall. Any thoughts on this and which ones.

linksys routers/firewalls are inexpensive and work really well. :)

hardware is far superior to software , IMO.Who needs a program running constantly that isn't foolproof & will slow things down?I'm using a Netgear router for under $50 and Mozilla firebird & life is good. [on line]

I've used several Linksys firewalls/routers during the last 3+ years and I have had no problems at all and they have stopped all attempts at intrusion.
I have seen no performance problems with software firewalls, but several of my friends have had major losses in throughput. |
