sorry to state the obvious, but do they have their own unistall programs?
A telltale sign is a program called UNWISE in the folder of the program that seems to be lacking in an uninstaller. Also, check the program folder for a log file of the installation. As a last ditch effort, you can get a list of the installed files out of the log file (including their document paths) and manually uninstall it all.

You can usually get rid of it by deleting the installed files (like arch13 said) and then deleting the registry entries. Its usually not as clean as a true uninstall, but it works.
