A little help with soundcard shopping (semi-urgent)
Well I plan on going shopping today for a new soundcard (it's been about 10 months since I last heard sound on my computer). And I've noticed that some soundcards have a different way of fitting into the computer. Like mine has a little part, then a space, then a big part, then a space, then another little part [see picture]. But I've come to understand not all soundcards are like this. So here's where I need your help. How do I know which one to buy so I don't end up with one that doesn't fit into my computer?
It's a Creative Sound Blaster Live! Model: CT4870 Thanks in advance

Make sure it's a PCI soundcard and you'll be fine. Unless your computer is over 10 years old. That Soundblaster Live! is a PCI though, so your next one should fit as well. I'd get another Soundblaster Live! They're very nice soundcards for the price. Just make sure it's PCI and it'll fit! Good luck.
