busted pc
Firstly I know nothing about how computers work only that it is a Dell dimension and running on windows98
Last night I switched on my pc and an error appeared on the screne..mouseware access error. My desktop did not load up fully and it would not let me do anything. Can anyone please explain this to me or how to go and fix it. Would be most thankfull |
mouseware is software to run a logitech mouse typically. I'd be more worried about your desktop not loading up fully.

Can you boot into safe mode? (Press F8 as the Computer boots up to get the boot menu).
If so, see if everything loads. If it does, try to unintstall the MouseWare software using Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. Once that's done, reboot and try booting up normally to see if that fixed anything. |
If your mouse doesnt work use the keyboard to navigate to Cpanel, and uninstall it.
you may want to restart with the mouse software in the disc drive. |
