Problems with Outlook Express
Ok, Win98 computer running Outlook Express that came with IE 6.0.
Basically a couple things. Whenever someone tries to open their identity in OE, the most recent AIM window. We have DeadAIM, so we can have several peopel on at once. Also, when my mother opens her identity, she gets to the send/recieve box and it freezes, so it can't be turned off. Let me know if you need more info. My mom has been getting on me about this and I have no clue how to fix it.

Is your Anti-Virus software loaded and up to date?
Outlook Express is avoided like the plague in my company and household. We only advise people use that if they want to see what viruses can do. I'm guessing you run OE with the preview pane enabled.
