It depends. I regularly read magazines ranging from PC Gamer to Federal Computing Week, and I usually find very useful things in all of them.
I suppose that if I were to have to choose a favorite, it would probably be Ultimate PC magazine (I like building and modding PCs).

I read eWeek and occasionally InformationWeek. They are extremely boring but newsworthy on the IT/business front.
CPU (Computer Power User) can be fun but the issues are thin. I haven't read PC Magazine in a long time but it always had a lot of interesting reviews of software and hardware and some decent tips. Tends to the beginner to intermediate computer user. I'd love to find a version of PC Magazine for more experienced computer users. Are there any?

My favorite tends to run MacAddict, but I'll read any Mac magazine, and even some PC ones.

Maximum PC, Wired, Linux Format, & on sometimes MacAddict.
I love to read Wired, nothing like a magazine that deals with people and technology. The only downside with it, is the overuse of bright colors.
