Tell me what speakers I should buy
 

I am looking to buy some 5.1 speakers. I have about £80 to spend, but I'm not sure which ones to buy. Any good recommendations would be appreciated.

Don't know how much £80 is I assume it's pounds? The logitech 5.1 Z-680 and the Klipsch 5.1 are both the best computer speakers you can currently get. Now if £80 is around $300.00 you are in business.

£80 is nowhere near £300 unfortuneatley - I would suugest some Creative 5200 or higher!!!!

If you can scrape up the extra cash, the Logitech Z-680's are excellent speakers for the money.

So, we're waiting. What did you get?:mad:

Couldn't find any Z-680's so I brought Z-640. However, my Aureon 5.1 Fun soundcard doesn't seem able to play the rear speakers. If I can't figure out why then it looks like I'll have to take them back and try something new.
