Help putting the image on my monitor, on my TV..
I have a visual out cord (the yellow one.. ?) that goes from my computer to my TV... so, how do I get the image from my monitor to appear on my TV? Ah.. life in the dorms, surrounded by valley girls without a clue as of what to do... and they guys are on the other side, and none are up yet!

Is there an appropriate connection on your TV minotor, too?

What kind of video card do you have? I know exactly how to do it with NVIDIA video cards, but I've never been able to get an ATI card to do it.

GeForce Mx/Mx 400 and I have it hooked up correctly.. its just I can't find the AV channel on my tv and I'm looking at the Display Properties (under Advanced Settings..) and I still see no option of displaying on the TV...

try setting the screen res to 640x480 or 800x600 it might appear then, some cards always output others not..
if not, you may have the wrong drivers installed, some come with tv out controls, some dont |
On my tv remote, where you put the channel numbers in the keypad, below channel two is line1 and line2. That is where the computer line in is. Just use the channel down arrow to go below channel 2.
