Problem.....
Ok, so when I restart my computer everything loads but then I get this pop up window that says..... :C\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp\PowerReg Scheduler V3.exe is not a valid Win32 application. I have no clue what this means or where it came from. I have also notice that the clock in my toolbar is not showing up. Anyone have any thoughts on what's goin on ?? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks. By the way Im using Windows ME if that helps.

If you run XP, try hitting Control + Alt + Delete > Processes. End the Process manually and see if that helps. If it works, it should start up fine the next time you reboot.

go to start->run->msconfig
now, go to the startup tab and remove this "power reg...." i dont think it's necessary for windows to load up. my guess is you installed the program and it put itself on startup. then u installed it, but the entry in the startup list didnt erase.
