you probably already have some space from your ISP. you should check that first. If you go to a univercity, they more than likely provide you with some space.

In short your probably already paying for it somewhere, so you should have a look.

There are LOADS of sites out there.

Then, check out the following sites that offer reviews:

It took me .15 seconds for a search. I stopped copying review sites after the first 5.
