Ad-Aware is great, but to get everything, run Spybot Search and Destroy after AdAware. Those two will gut your system and get everything I've ever seen.

get mozilla or netscape or one of their derivatives. Pop-up blocking is built in.

just a note, make sure your AD-aware is updated. i just updated AFTER a scan that found 15 objects. ran it after the update and found 170 objets on top of that.

Well i run Panicware pop up stopper i really like it i as u can allow pop ups u want and zap the ones you dont its a free version.
But sometimes some must be smart suckers of adds as they do pop up don't get many when surfing but sometimes. Or maybe i have not updated it and done me settings right i love it thou best thing i got other then nortens antivirus wouldnt be without any of them. Oh i run Windows xp And Explorer. Phill |
If you're running WinXP, service pack 2 gives Internet Explorer a built-in popup blocker. It actually works pretty well too.
