Panaflo (panasonic company) has some good 110+cfm 120mm fans, I don't have a full tower but I do use the panaflo 80x80's, nothing but good quality products from them so far.

EDIT:
Panasonic Panaflo 120x120x38.5mm, Ball Bearing DC 12V, 6.12W, 2750 RPM, 114.7 CFM, 45.5 dB-A

oh i dont need fancy temp controled or any thing like that, it will be monitored by my Mother board and adjusted by the CPU temp (it will be the CPU fan)

and does any one know if i can 'stack' 2 fans (bolt them together) how much more air flow could i gather, or would they interfear

I don't think stacking 2 fans will have that much affect. The outer fan can only push through air that the inner fan pushes to it so the CFM is entirely dependant on that inner fan. If there was a significant advantage, I think more people would be doing it and there would be many reviews and articles about it.

Look at the Smart Fan2 its only a 80mm but it moves A LOT of air and it can be controled. A friend of mine has about 5 of them in his case and its louder then a vacume, sooo noise might be an issue.

Panaflo is probably the best, I am planning on putting about 7x120mm Titans in my next computer for the maximum airflow.

I recommend Panaflo - they've got good stuff

www.case-mod.com has a sale right now (I think) on their 80 mm model - really quiet and it's a really good deal, it's the L1A

putting 2 fans on top of each other is also gonna make an annoying whiny noise...

You say noise is now problem now... give it a couple months. The constant whine of fans will drive you looney.

In that regard, panaflo fans are both quiet and effective, so I have to recommend them. Otherwise, sunon makes some really monstrous 120V 120mm fans.
