Have installed SP4 - seems to work OK; haven't spotted any major advantages yet.
Try: http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000...p4/default.asp for more information on it

I've upgraded to SP4 recently and except for messing up Autodesk Viz 4 files it's fine.
If you are running Viz 4 the only solution so far is to uninstall the SP. Yea, like that works all the time!

Upgraded to SP4 on most of our servers at work, no real problems (either virgin Win2k to SP4 or else SP3 to SP4 in all cases).
Doesn't seem to have any major stability issues (we've got some servers that I upgraded the day it came out, still no problems). So if you're still waiting, I say go for it. Just, as always when applying a new SP, make sure you've got a good backup handy, in case something, however unlikely, does go wrong.
