I have an HP MS235 all in one that I'd like to utilize as a second monitor. Help?
 

Hi all.

First, let me explain my current rig: 19 inch widescreen on the left, 17 inch CRT on the right. I love dual monitors.

My father bought an HP MS235 all in one a few months before he passed away.

Is there any way that I can get that computer to work as just a second monitor?

There is no obvious way to get it done. I would love to use the HP as a second monitor: less heat, less electricity, better display, etc.

Sell it and buy a monitor. Less heat and less electricity won't materialize since you'll be running a full blown PC when you just need a monitor. The only way to make it work is to have it booted up and running and then install one of the various desktop extension programs. It will also be much laggier than a real monitor.
