Downloading digital photos on XP Pro
 

I used to be able to hook up my camera via, usb port, and a screen would automatically pop up and allow me to download photos and clear the camera.

I just had to replace the LCD screen (I dropped it) and now that screen doesn't pop up anymore. I don't think that the Dell guy messed anything up, but I can't figure it out.

I'm running a Dell Latitude, XP Pro, 4G HD, 256 RAM. Camera is a Toshiba PDR 2300 using the ACDSee software.

If no one knows how to fix the XP option, maybe someone can tell me how to pull the photos off of the camera using the software.
