Simple question..
 

This has been going on for a few days and its really annoying! Whenever I click a link that opens a new browser, the new window is minimized and when i click it, it doesnt open. The only way to open the window is to right click > maximize. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks.

you need to provide some info, like what browser this is? what OS? it'll help a lot, in figureing out what's up.
