you used to be able to for free. i think that they charge now (or maybe it's that you can only receive emails, not send them).
anyway, the incoming server is pop.mail.yahoo.com and the outgoing is smtp.mail.yahoo.com (this is what i used back in the day when i imported yahoo to oe, i'm pretty sure it's the same) anyone wanna verify this??

Like others have said it used to be free but now you have to pay for it.
You can use YahooPOPs! to do it for free though. Just download and install it. Then read the included instructions for configuring Outlook Express. |

i know you can't use pop3 anymore, but there is an option to use a http type account, but there is only a hotmail and other option. I was wondering if you can do it that way? using http and not pop3.
i thought the http server was http://mail.yahoo.com but that doesn't seem to work. I think hotmail works or there is a hotmail option for http because MS owns it or something. i don't think i am gonna pay for yahoo pops either... |
