Interesting case mods, but I'd love to see something innovative that could actually aid functioning. The last new sort of case design that caught my fancy was the Antec? SKeleton Case which is completely open and exposed to the elements. What better way to show off your hardware and keep things cool.

Thread is useless without the Orac3.

Start here if you want to see the work in progress and the amazing shit this guy had to do to get this thing done (plus way more pics). This thing is 6 years old and I still consider it to be the best case mod I've ever seen, hands down. He hand crafted most of what you see here...even got the different components chromed himself.

I like the "cube" myself....I think quite a few people have a little too much time on their hands or are torn between whether they want to be a nerd or an artist.

That microwave one made me laugh pretty hard. How awesome would that be to have some friends over to your new place, show them around for a tour. Take them to the computer room/office and don't even say anything about it.
